Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;

After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via Whats-App, who will request additional information about their arrival to release access and prepare their check in. Upon check in, tenants will receive complete access instructions, including the door entry code.
