-To ensure everyone's safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of an official document for each guest before check-in.
-The property is exclusive to the people registered in the reservation. Therefore, visitors, parties, or events are not allowed, always aiming for a family, calm, and comfortable environment.
-Before your check-in, you must electronically sign a temporary rental agreement, all done in a very simple and quick way.
-The property is exclusive for non-smokers, so smoking is not allowed inside, in the windows, or on the balcony.
-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal is charged.
-For the owner's security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a guarantee for the rental.

The residences are designed to provide utmost comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as it not only provides well-structured properties but also takes responsibility for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them incredibly functional. After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via Whats-App, who will request additional information about their arrival to release access and prepare their check in. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.

Our team is trained to quickly and assertively offer the necessary support before, during and after your stay. Vila Mirim Beach, just a 2-minute walk (about 85 meters) from the apartment, is the main attraction. For those arriving by bus, you can depart from the Jabaquara Bus Terminal in São Paulo (approx. 1h20 trip). Upon arrival in Praia Grande, use a taxi or ride-hailing apps such as Uber or 99 — the apartment is just 10 minutes from the local bus station.

-All tenants must provide a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at check-in.
-In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.
-A temporary rental agreement must be electronically signed before check-in.
-Visitors are not allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
-Parties and events are not permitted inside the property.
-The checkout time must be strictly followed. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays over 1 hour.
-Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.
-Any infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the lease without any refund of amounts paid.
-Any fine issued by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.
-All documentation and the signed contract must be submitted no later than 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, tenant entry will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund of amounts paid.
-Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day prior to checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
-Loss or misplacement of the parking TAG or garage remote control will result in an immediate fine of R$300.00 per item, regardless of later return.
-Use of the parking TAG inside the building is mandatory.
-Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day, per pet. Pets may only circulate in the garage and service elevator.
-A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested at the time of reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout.
