-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.

-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.

-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

-All tenants must provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at the time of check-in.

-According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.

-A temporary rental agreement will be electronically signed before check-in.

-Visitors are not allowed.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

-Parties and events are not allowed inside the property.

-Check-out time must be strictly observed. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays longer than 1 hour.

-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.

-Any infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental without any refund of amounts paid.

-Any fines issued by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be the guest’s responsibility to pay.

-All documentation and the signed contract must be sent by no later than 10:45 PM on the check-in day. If not sent by this time, check-in will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund of amounts paid.

-Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

-Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day, per pet. Pets may only circulate in the garage and service elevator.

-A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out.
