Spacious and cozy 70m² apartment located in Alto de Pinheiros, an upscale neighborhood in the city. It offers the ideal space for a stay in São Paulo, equipped with a 43" Smart TV, bedroom air conditioning, blackout curtains, dining table, work desk, ultra-fast internet, digital lock, Queen Size bed, fully-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, and a bathroom with an excellent hair dryer and gas shower. Additionally, the property features an amazing and spacious backyard.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Parking Space: We offer three outdoor parking spaces, which are rotational and subject to availability. In case of full occupancy, there is the option to park in the vicinity of the property, which is a highly secure area.

- Security: The property is located in Alto de Pinheiro, one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. In addition to the neighborhood's safety, we also have CCTV cameras throughout the perimeter, a 24-hour guardhouse nearby, and constant patrolling by a private security team that checks in at each of our entrances every hour.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that provides its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo.
