To ensure your stay is pleasant and stress-free, we’ve gathered some important rules:
-To guarantee everyone’s safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of a valid ID for each guest before check-in.
-The property is exclusively for guests registered in the reservation. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a family-friendly, calm, and comfortable environment.
-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.
-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.
-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.
-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients — traveling for leisure or business — the experience of renting unique homes for a temporary stay. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, because in addition to offering well-equipped properties, it is also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make up each residence, making them extremely functional.
Our great differential is our good communication and the seriousness with which we work to solve any issue that may occur before, during, or after our guests' stay. Our staff is trained and has the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. The apartments and houses are cleaned by specialized teams, and our bed and bath linens are of high quality and washed and sanitized in professional laundries. We maintain professionalism in everything we do, in order to ensure the tranquility and confidence of our guests.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY:
Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.

Sé is one of the most iconic and historic neighborhoods in São Paulo, located in the heart of the city. Considered the landmark zero of the capital, it is an area of great cultural, architectural, and religious importance. The neighborhood is home to the famous Sé Cathedral — one of the largest Neo-Gothic temples in the world and an unmissable tourist attraction — as well as historic buildings that date back to the colonial period and the urban development of São Paulo over the centuries.
The Sé region offers easy access to several cultural and tourist attractions, such as the Pateo do Collegio — the site where the city was founded — Largo São Bento, Solar da Marquesa, and the Anchieta Museum. - All tenants must provide a photo of an official photo ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. The original photo ID must be presented at check-in.
- According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents of minors will also be required for legal proof.
- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in.
- Visits are not allowed.
- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the pool area. If any glass breaks in the pool, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
- Check out time must be respected strictly. A fine of half a day will be charged if there is a delay of up to 1 hour and a fine equivalent to 2 nights of rental from 1 hour of delay.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 nights of rental will be charged if the rule is not respected.
- All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of amounts paid.
- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the lease period will be your responsibility to pay.
- All documentation and contract signature must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of tenants will only be made the next day after 8:00 am, and no amount will be refunded.
- Booking extensions must be made by 9:30 pm the day before check-out. After this time the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate in the service elevator.
- A deposit of up to BRL 2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within 72 hours after departure
