To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we have outlined some important rules:
- To guarantee everyone’s safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of an official ID for each guest before check-in.
- The property is exclusively for the registered guests. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a calm, family-friendly, and comfortable environment.
- Before check-in, you will need to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement, which is quick and easy.
- The property is strictly non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed inside, on windows, or on the balcony.
- We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.
- For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY:
Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.

The Brazilian Corner's concierge team will be your hostess throughout your experience with renting our property. Our team is trained to quickly and assertively offer the necessary support before, during and after your stay. Our service hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and we also maintain emergency telephone numbers ONLY during after hours. With extensive experience in the vacation rental market, we have efficient processes to ensure your safety and the smooth flow of rentals. Count on us :)

- Todos os inquilinos devem fornecer a foto de um documento oficial e com foto antes do check-in para pré-registro. Os documentos originais devem ser apresentados obrigatoriamente no momento do check-in
- De acordo com o estatuto da criança e do adolescente, menores de 18 anos devem estar acompanhados de seus pais ou responsáveis legais. Os documentos de menores também serão exigidos para a comprovação legal.
- Um contrato de locação temporária será assinado eletronicamente antes do check-in.
- Visitas não são permitidas.
- O horário de silêncio é das 22:00 até às 8:00. Por favor respeite os vizinhos.
- Não são permitidas festas ou eventos no interior da propriedade.
- O horário de checkout deve ser respeitado à risca. Uma multa no valor de meia diária será cobrada caso haja atraso de até 1 hora, e uma multa de 2 diárias a partir de 1 hora de atraso.
- Não é permitido fumar no apartamento. Uma multa no valor de 3 diárias será cobrada caso a regra seja desrespeitada.
- Todas as infrações são sujeitas a multa contratual e término da locação sem qualquer restituição dos valores pagos.
- Qualquer multa aplicada pelo condomínio ao imóvel durante o período de locação será de sua responsabilidade pagar.
- Toda a documentação e a assinatura do contrato devem ser enviados até no máximo 22:45 do dia do check-in. Caso não seja enviada até esse horário, a entrada dos inquilinos será feita somente no dia seguinte após às 8:00, e nenhum valor será restituído.
- Prorrogações da reserva devem ser feitas até às 21:30 do dia anterior ao check-out. Após esse horário a taxa integral de limpeza será cobrada novamente.
- A perda ou extravio da TAG do estacionamento, o controle da garagem ou da TAG de entrada no prédio incorrerá em uma multa imediata de R$300,00 por item, independentemente da devolução posterior.
- Animais são somente permitidos mediante pagamento de Taxa Pet de R$35,00 por dia por PET. Os PETS só podem circular pela garagem e pelo elevador de serviço.
- Um depósito de até R$2.000,00 pode ser solicitado ao realizar a reserva e será devolvido em até 72 horas após a saída
