-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.

-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.

-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to offering well-structured homes, it is also responsible for all logistics and essential supplies used in each residence, making them extremely functional. Our greatest strengths are our excellent communication and the seriousness with which we resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after our guests’ stay.

Our team members are trained and equipped to deliver a high level of service. Apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized staff, and our bed and bath linens are high-quality, washed and sanitized in professional laundries. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in.
