-To guarantee everyone’s safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of a valid ID for each guest before check-in.
-The property is exclusively for guests registered in the reservation. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a family-friendly, calm, and comfortable environment.
-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.
-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.
-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.
-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

Each residence is designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to offering well-structured properties, we are also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make each residence extremely functional. Our key strengths are excellent communication and the seriousness with which we handle any issue that may arise before, during, or after our guests’ stay. Our staff is well-trained and equipped to provide an excellent level of service. Apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, and our bed and bath linens are high quality, washed and sanitized in professional laundries. Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.

As for parking, there are usually paid parking lots available in the area, but it’s important to check availability and prices in advance.
From Congonhas Airport to the location, the distance is approximately 4 km, and from the Tietê Bus Terminal it is about 12 km, but these distances may vary depending on the route chosen and traffic conditions.

- All guests must provide a photo of an official ID with a photo before check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at the time of check-in.
- In accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.
- A short-term rental agreement will be signed electronically before check-in.
- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the pool area. If any glass breaks inside the pool, a fine will be charged.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Parties and events are not allowed inside the property.
- The checkout time must be strictly followed. A fine equal to half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates for delays over 1 hour.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A fine equal to 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.
- All violations are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental without any refund of the amounts paid.
- Any fine issued by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.
- All documentation and the signed contract must be sent no later than 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If they are not submitted by that time, guest entry will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, and no amount will be refunded.
- Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day before checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per pet. Pets may only circulate in the garage and service elevator.
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within 72 hours after checkout.
