-The property is exclusively for guests registered in the reservation. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a family-friendly, calm, and comfortable environment.

-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.

-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.

-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in.
