-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.
-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.
-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.
-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. Those arriving by car, taxi or ride-sharing app will find simple routes through the city’s main roads, especially for those coming from the Feliciano Sodré Bridge or Teixeira e Souza Avenue, one of the most important in the region. Public transportation: The neighborhood has several bus lines that run through downtown Cabo Frio, making it easy to reach beaches, tourist spots and nearby neighborhoods. There are bus stops just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation. In addition, there is excellent availability of ride-sharing services (Uber, 99 and similar), which usually serve the area quickly, being a practical and accessible option for getting around without needing your own car. Distance to main arrival points: Cabo Frio International Airport (CFB): located approximately 15–20 minutes by car from the property, depending on traffic. Cabo Frio Bus Station: located in the central area of the city, just a few minutes by car, making arrival easy for those coming by bus. Parking: The property has a parking space, ensuring convenience for those traveling by car.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID with a photo before check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at the time of check-in.
- In accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.
- A temporary rental agreement will be electronically signed before check-in.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect the neighbors.
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
- The checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine in the amount of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates for delays over 1 hour.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 daily rates will be charged if the rule is violated.
- All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the rental with no refund of amounts paid.
- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.
- All documentation and the signed contract must be sent no later than 10:45 p.m. on the day of check-in. If they are not sent by that time, the tenants’ entry will only take place the following day after 8:00 a.m., and no amount will be refunded.
- Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 p.m. on the day before checkout. After that time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
- Loss or misplacement of the parking TAG, the garage remote, or the building entrance TAG will incur an immediate fine of R$300.00 per item, regardless of later return.
- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. PETS may only circulate in the garage and the service elevator.
- A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout.
