With 82 m², the sophisticated and well-lit apartment is located on Rua Paes Leme, the heart of Pinheiros, which is an upscale and trendy neighborhood. It provides the ideal space for a season in São Paulo, as it is fully equipped with a SmartTV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, ultra-fast internet, a work desk, 3 bedrooms, safety nets on windows and balcony, a complete kitchen, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer. The building offers plenty of leisure facilities for the family.

Important rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
