- All guests must provide a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at check-in.

- In accordance with Brazil’s Child and Adolescent Statute, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.

- A short-term rental agreement must be electronically signed prior to check-in.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not permitted inside the property.

- The checkout time must be strictly respected. A penalty equivalent to half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a two-night penalty will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty equivalent to three nights will be charged if this rule is violated.

- Any violation of the house rules may result in contractual penalties and immediate termination of the stay, with no refund of paid amounts.

- Any fines imposed on the property by the condominium during the rental period will be the guest’s responsibility.

- All documentation and the signed contract must be submitted no later than 10:45 PM on the check-in day. If not submitted by this time, check-in will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund issued.

- Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day prior to checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

- Pets are not allowed.

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be required at the time of booking and will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout, subject to inspection.
