Additionally, we provide a parking spot.


Important rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- All tenants must provide a photo of an official document prior to check-in for pre-registration.
- Visits are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day and per PET.
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official photo ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. The original photo ID must be presented at check-in.

- According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents of minors will also be required for legal proof.

- Visits are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- Checkout time must be respected strictly. A fine of half a day will be charged if there is a delay of up to 1 hour, and a fine equivalent to 2 nights of rental from 1 hour of delay.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 nights of rental will be charged if the rule is not respected.

- All infractions are subject to a fine and termination of the lease without any refund of amounts paid.

- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the lease period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation must be sent no later than 10 pm on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of tenants will only be made the next day after 8:00 am, and no amount will be refunded.

- Booking extensions must be made by 5 pm pm the day before check-out. After this time the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

- The loss or misplacement of the garage control will incur an immediate fine of BRL 300.00 per item, regardless of the subsequent return of the item.

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.

- A deposit of up to BRL 2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within 72 hours after departure
