The cozy apartment is located in Campos do Jordão, close to great bars, restaurants, and local shops. It offers the ideal space for a city getaway, as it is very well-equipped with a superb fireplace, three bedrooms with queen-size and single beds, a 43" Smart TV, balcony, blackout curtains, a work desk, ultra-fast internet, a fully-equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer combo, bathroom with a hairdryer, and a gas shower. Additionally, we provide a parking spot.

Important rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official document prior to check-in for pre-registration.

- Visits are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day and per PET.

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- ATTENTION: We would like to inform you that one of the bathrooms is temporarily closed due to ongoing maintenance works. The property still has one full bathroom and a powder room available.
