-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.

-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.

-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 3,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.
