- According to the child and adolescent statute, minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal proof.

- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Please, respect the neighbors.
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
- Checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine in the amount of half a daily rate will be charged for delays up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates from 1 hour of delay onwards.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine in the amount of 3 daily rates will be charged if the rule is violated.
- All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid.
- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the lease period will be your responsibility to pay.
- All documentation and the signature of the contract must be sent by 22:45 at the latest on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the tenants' entry will only be allowed on the following day after 8:00, and no amount will be refunded
- A short-term lease agreement will be signed electronically prior to check-in;
- Reservation extensions must be made by 17h on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.
- When leaving any room, it is mandatory to turn off the air conditioning.
