The studio features a 32" Smart TV, digital lock, ultra-fast internet (350 Mbps), a work desk, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, and a Dolce Gusto machine.

Important Rules:

-Smoking is not allowed inside the property;

-All guests must provide a photo of an official ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

-For condominium registration, all documents and the signed rental agreement must be submitted by the day before check-in. If not, entry will only be allowed the following day, with no refund;

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please respect the neighbors;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.
