Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Nespresso Machine: Awaken your senses with a fresh cup of coffee every morning. At our location, we provide a Nespresso machine for you to enjoy your favorite beverage. However, please bring your own coffee capsules, as we do not supply them.
