Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.
