The comfortable and very spacious apartment is located in Residencial Ilhas Marquesas, in the Raposo Tavares neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from Shopping Raposo. It has the ideal space for a stay of families in the city, and is very well equipped with ceiling fans and safety net in every room, SmartTV, ultra-fast internet (300 megas), Nespresso machine, and kitchen and laundry. very complete. The building has a gym, court, playroom, games room and parking space.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Use of the clothesline on the balcony is prohibited, subject to a fine of R$500.00.

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
