The charming studio is located in one of the most coveted areas of São Paulo, just 50 meters from the Oscar Freire subway station (Line 4 - Yellow) and a 15-minute walk from Paulista Avenue. The space features a Smart TV, safe, and digital lock, ultra-fast internet, air conditioning, a double bed, and blackout curtains. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary items, and the bathroom includes a gas shower and a hairdryer. The building offers a pool, gym, co-working space, and laundry.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- Construction noise during business hours.

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
