Located near Allianz Parque, the Latin America Memorial, and the Barra Funda subway station, it offers ultra-fast internet, 2 Smart TVs, a bidet shower, hair dryer, towel warmer, and a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, air fryer, and water filter. The building features a gym, solarium, coworking space, laundry room, playground, mini market, and kids’ playroom.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.
