The country house is very well structured and perfect for enjoying a season with friends and family, as it features a garage that accommodates up to 4 vehicles, an incredible swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue grill, a small soccer field, digital lock, TV room, game room with a pool table, 8 suites, full kitchen, and bathrooms with hairdryers.

Important Rules:

- Bed linens and bath towels ARE NOT INCLUDED.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
