-The property is exclusive to the people registered in the reservation. Therefore, visitors, parties, or events are not allowed, always aiming for a family, calm, and comfortable environment.
-Before your check-in, you must electronically sign a temporary rental agreement, all done in a very simple and quick way.
-The property is exclusive for non-smokers, so smoking is not allowed inside, in the windows, or on the balcony.
-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal is charged.
-For the owner's security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a guarantee for the rental.

The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.

Our service hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and we also maintain emergency telephone numbers ONLY during after hours. -All tenants must provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID before check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at check-in.
-According to the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.
-A short-term rental agreement will be signed electronically before check-in.
-Glass bottles and/or cups are not allowed in the pool area. If any glass breaks in the pool, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.
-Visitors are not allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
-Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
-Check-out time must be strictly observed. A fine equivalent to half a night will be charged for delays up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 nights will apply for delays of more than 1 hour.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 nights will be charged if this rule is violated.
-All violations are subject to contractual fines and may result in termination of the rental without any refund of amounts paid._
-Any fines applied by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be the tenant’s responsibility.
-All documentation and the signed rental agreement must be submitted by 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, check-in will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, and no refunds will be issued.
-Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
-Pets are only allowed with payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per pet. Pets may only circulate in the garage and service elevator.
-A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be required at the time of booking and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out.
