The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers the ideal space for a comfortable stay. It features a Smart TV, ultra-fast internet,a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and an excellent hair dryer. Additionally, it has a balcony with an incredible view of the mountains. The apartment is 400m away from Na Brasa Burguer, 500m from Chic Chopp III restaurant, 650m from Tetra supermarket, 900m from Balneário Municipal, and 6.7km from Thermas Hot World Water Park.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
