It features two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, in the living room is a 32" Smart TV and a balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped, providing all necessary utensils, and a Nespresso coffee maker. Additionally, the property is strategically located, just 150m from the beach, 190m from the market, 220m from Arena Top Spin (Tennis Club), 280m from Olympos Gym, and much more.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
