To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we have outlined some important rules:
- To guarantee everyone’s safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of an official ID for each guest before check-in.
- The property is exclusively for the registered guests. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a calm, family-friendly, and comfortable environment.
- Before check-in, you will need to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement, which is quick and easy.
- The property is strictly non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed inside, on windows, or on the balcony.
- We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.
- For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested.

Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to offering well-structured homes, it is also responsible for all logistics and essential supplies that make each residence extremely functional. Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.

For those arriving by car, the main access road is the Cônego Domênico Rangoni Highway (SP-248), and from São Paulo the distance is approximately 100 km. Parking is available in the building, ensuring comfort and security during your stay.
For those who prefer not to drive, you can use transportation apps such as Uber and 99, which operate throughout the region. The Guarujá Bus Terminal is also nearby, making arrival easy for those traveling by bus, and the area is well served by public transportation lines that connect Pitangueiras to other neighborhoods in the city.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID with a photo prior to check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at the time of check-in without exception.
- In accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.
- A short-term rental agreement will be signed electronically before check-in.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
- The checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine equivalent to half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine equivalent to 2 daily rates will be charged for delays over 1 hour.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.
- All violations are subject to contractual fines and may result in termination of the rental without any refund of paid amounts.
- Any fine issued by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.
- All documentation and the signed contract must be sent by 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, guests will only be allowed to enter the next day after 8:00 AM, with no refund of any amount.
- Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day before checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
- Loss or misplacement of the parking TAG, garage remote, or building entry TAG will result in an immediate fine of R$300.00 per item, regardless of later return.
- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per pet. Pets may only circulate in the garage and service elevator.
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested at the time of booking and will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout.
