-To guarantee everyone’s safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of a valid ID for each guest before check-in.
-The property is exclusively for guests registered in the reservation. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a family-friendly, calm, and comfortable environment.
-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.
-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.
-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.

-All tenants must provide a photo of an official, photo-bearing document before check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at check-in.

-According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification.

-Visits are not allowed.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

-Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

-Check-out time must be strictly observed. A fine equivalent to half a day’s rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine equivalent to 2 days’ rates will be charged for delays over 1 hour.

-Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 days’ rates will be charged if this rule is violated.

-All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid.

-Any fines imposed by the condominium during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation and contract signature must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of tenants will only be made the next day after 8:00 am, and no amount will be refunded.

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

-Reservation extensions must be made by 9:30 PM on the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

-A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be required when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out.
