It features a SmartTV with Netflix, a sofa bed, and a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ultra-fast internet, digital lock, a fully equipped kitchen with a Dolce Gusto machine, and the bathroom boasts an excellent gas-powered shower. The building also provides an incredible pool, a complete gym, sauna, and a parking space for your convenience.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Dolce Gusto Machine: Awaken your senses with a fresh cup of coffee every morning. In our rental, we provide a Dolce Gusto machine for you to enjoy your preferred beverage. However, please bring your own coffee capsules, as we do not supply them.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via Whats-App, who will request additional information about their arrival to release access and prepare their check in. Upon check in, tenants will receive complete access instructions including the door entry code. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.
