-Before your check-in, you will be required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement. Don’t worry—it’s a very simple and quick process.

-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.

-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID with photo before check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at the time of check-in without exception.

- According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The documents of minors will also be required for legal verification.

- A temporary rental agreement will be signed electronically before check-in.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- The checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine in the amount of half a daily rate will be charged in case of a delay of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates for delays of more than 1 hour.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine in the amount of 3 daily rates will be charged if the rule is violated.

- All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the rental without any refund of the amounts paid.

- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation and the signed contract must be sent no later than 10:45 p.m. on the day of check-in. If not sent by this time, the tenants’ entry will only take place the next day after 8:00 a.m., and no amount will be refunded.

- Reservation extensions must be made by 9:30 p.m. on the day before checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged- again.

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day per pet. PETS may only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.

- A deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within up to 72 hours after checkout.
