It offers the ideal space for a season in São Paulo and is equipped with SmartTV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, ultra-fast internet, a suite with a queen-size bed, a balcony with a beautiful view, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a great hairdryer and a gas shower. The building offers plenty of leisure facilities for the whole family

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
