Therefore, it's the ideal space for a season in the city. It features parking, an eco-friendly fireplace, a 43" Smart TV, ultra-fast internet, a Nespresso machine, a washer and dryer combo, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms boast a great gas shower and an excellent hairdryer.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- All documents must be send 24 hours BEFORE check-in time. The syndica does not authorize entry into the building if the documents are not sent in advance. If they are sent late, tenants will not be able to enter until 24 hours after they are sent.
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
