The property is managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in Alto da Lapa, one of the most coveted regions of the city. It features the ideal space for a stay in São Paulo. The house has 4 bedrooms, ultra-fast internet, a work desk, 43" Smart TVs, a sofa bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, bathroom with a hairdryer and bidet shower, washer and dryer, barbecue grill, an amazing pool, a spacious backyard, and a parking space.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID before check-in for pre-registration.

- A temporary lease agreement will be electronically signed before check-in.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- Pets are allowed only with a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per pet.

- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the pool area. If any glass breaks in the pool, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.

- To maintain the excellent quality of the pool water, maintenance and cleaning are scheduled to occur on EVERY Tuesday and Friday between 9:30 and 11:00. The pool maintenance personnel will always enter through the back of the property, without accessing the interior of the residence, to perform the work WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. In case of refusal or request for rescheduling, a fee of R$250.00 will be MANDATORILY charged.

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation.

The last room has two single beds and two single mattresses.
