Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in Bertioga, at Enseada Beach. The apartment boasts 150m², four bedrooms, and a balcony with breathtaking sea views, as well as being very well equipped with a 49" Smart TV, air conditioning in the living room, ultra-fast internet, work desk, full kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with an excellent hairdryer and gas shower. The building features a pool, gym, game room, and parking.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
