- The property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, by the windows, or on the balcony.
- We love pets! They are more than welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per pet, will be applied.

Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, because besides providing well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, which makes them extremely functional. - All tenants must provide a photo of an official government-issued ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at the time of check-in.
- In accordance with the child and adolescent statute, minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal proof.
- A temporary lease agreement will be electronically signed before check-in.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 until 8:00. Please respect the neighbors.
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
- Checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine in the amount of half a daily rate will be charged in case of delay up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates from 1 hour of delay onwards.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine in the amount of 3 daily rates will be charged if the rule is violated.
- All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid.
- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.
- All documentation and the signed contract must be sent by a maximum of 22:45 on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of the tenants will only be allowed on the following day after 8:00, and no amount will be refunded.
- Reservation extensions must be requested by 21:30 on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.
- When leaving any room, it is mandatory to turn off the air conditioning.
