-The property is strictly non-smoking, which means smoking is not allowed inside, by the windows, or on the balcony.

-We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

-For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested as a rental guarantee.

The most direct route is via the Anchieta or Imigrantes highways, which connect São Paulo to the Baixada Santista region.

Coming from other cities in the Baixada Santista:

From nearby cities such as São Vicente, Praia Grande, or Cubatão, the route is equally convenient, using the main avenues or the Anchieta Highway to access downtown Santos.

-All guests must provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID before check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at the time of check-in without exception.

-In accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.

-A temporary rental agreement will be signed electronically before check-in.

-Visitors are not allowed.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

-Parties or events are not permitted inside the property.

-The checkout time must be strictly followed. A fine equivalent to half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays of more than 1 hour.

-Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.

-All infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental agreement with no refund of any amounts paid.

-Any fines issued by the condominium to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.

-All required documentation and the signed contract must be submitted no later than 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, guest entry will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund of any kind.

-Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day before checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

-Loss or misplacement of the parking TAG, garage remote, or building access TAG will incur an immediate fine of R$300.00 per item, regardless of later return.

-Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per pet. Pets may circulate only in the garage and service elevator.

-A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout.
