The tranquil and stylish apartment is located in Barra do Una, on the North Coast of São Paulo, just 6 blocks (750 meters) away from the beach (a 10-minute walk). The space is perfect for a comfortable stay, featuring two Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, mini-fridge, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. It also includes a workspace, ultra-fast internet, air conditioning in the bedroom, a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and an electric towel heater in the bathroom.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Parking Space: We offer three outdoor parking spaces, which are rotating and subject to availability. In case of full occupancy, there is the option to park in the vicinity of the property, which is a very safe area.
