Property managed by the professional Brazilian Corner company, located in Barra do Una, just 700m from the beach (approximately a 10-minute walk). It features the ideal space for a season on the north coast, as it includes a parking space, pool, barbecue grill, sun loungers, umbrella, digital lock, two bedrooms, air conditioning, 43" SmartTV, ultra-fast internet, work desk, full kitchen with air fryer, washer-dryer machine, and a bathroom with an excellent hairdryer.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

Residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, not only providing well-structured properties but also being responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is good communication and the seriousness with which we work to resolve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay.
