Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in Itanhaém, just 50m from one of the best beaches in the municipality and close to excellent kiosks, bars, restaurants, and local shops. The house features 5 bedrooms with ceiling fans, ultra-fast internet, a 40" Smart TV, equipped kitchen, hairdryer in the bathroom, washing machine, and parking space. Additionally, it has a beautiful garden, barbecue grill, pizza oven, and ample space to enjoy with the family.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
