- To guarantee everyone's safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of an official ID for each guest prior to check-in. All guests must be declared on the app and registered in the condominium's access control system.

- The property is strictly reserved for the individuals listed on the booking. Therefore, visitors, parties, events, paid adult services, or religious services are not allowed, ensuring a family-friendly, calm, and comfortable environment at all times.

- Prior to check-in, you must electronically sign a temporary rental agreement, which is quick and simple to complete.

- The property is strictly non-smoking; therefore, smoking is not permitted inside, near the windows, or on the balcony.

- We love pets! They are more than welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, will be charged.

- The unit may not be used for providing services or selling goods within the condominium.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are required to maintain decent and respectful conduct compatible with the morality and reputation of the resident families and community.

- Proper clothing and footwear are mandatory in common areas; walking barefoot, shirtless, or exposed in undergarments is strictly prohibited.

- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in common areas.

- The use of illegal drugs/narcotics is prohibited anywhere in the condominium, including inside the apartments and in common areas. Likewise, the consumption of alcoholic beverages in common areas is forbidden, as is any activity that generates odors, nuisances, or disturbance affecting other apartments or common areas, regardless of where it originates.

- All violations are subject to a contractual fine and immediate termination of the rental agreement without any refund of the amounts paid.
