It is well-equipped with a Queen Size bed, double sofa bed, 43" Smart TV, work desk, ultra-fast internet, digital lock, air conditioning, blackout curtains, fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom features a gas shower, hairdryer, and bidet shower. The building also includes a parking space, gym, laundry facilities, and a swimming pool.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
