The building provides a gym, pool, sauna, playground, and game room.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment.
- All tenants must provide a photo of an official document before check-in for pre-registration.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- A long-term lease agreement with a minimum stay for the rented period, which can be terminated without any penalty after this period has elapsed.
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making a reservation.
