Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in Copacabana, strategically 100m from the beach and 400m from the subway station. The apartment has 80m² and includes parking, providing the ideal space for a season in Rio de Janeiro. It features four bedrooms, a balcony, digital lock, 43" smart TV, ceiling fan, ultra-fast internet, work desk, full kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer, bidet shower, and gas shower.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
