The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, because in addition to offering well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its homes, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is our clear communication and the seriousness with which we act to resolve any issue that may occur before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. Perdizes is a neighbourhood located in the western zone of São Paulo, Brazil. Subway: Barra Funda Metro Station is located just 3 minutes by car from the condominium, offering easy access to various areas of São Paulo. In addition to the Red Line of the metro, the station also connects to CPTM train lines (Line 7 – Ruby and Line 8 – Diamond), further expanding transportation options. Next to the station is Barra Funda Bus Terminal, one of the main bus terminals in the city, offering municipal, intercity, and interstate buses, as well as international destinations such as Bolivia.

Bus: Perdizes is well served by several bus lines that connect the neighbourhood to different areas of São Paulo. Bus stops are spread throughout the neighbourhood, making it easier to get around.

Taxis and Ride-Hailing Apps: Taxis and ride-hailing services like Uber, 99, and Lyft are readily available in Perdizes. These options offer convenient transportation to a variety of destinations.

-In accordance with the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Minors’ documents will also be required for legal verification.

-Visitors are not allowed.

-Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

-The check-out time must be strictly observed. A penalty of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a penalty of 2 full daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour.

-Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A penalty of 3 full daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.

-All violations are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental agreement without any refund of paid amounts.

-Any fine issued by the building’s administration during the rental period will be the tenant's responsibility to pay.

-All required documentation must be submitted by 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, check-in will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund.

-Reservation extensions must be requested by 9:30 PM on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

-Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day per pet. Pets are only permitted in the garage and via the service elevator.

-A security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested upon booking and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out.
