Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbours;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;

Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, because in addition to offering well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its homes, making them extremely functional.
