The 24m² studio is located near Allianz Parque (750m). The property features a fantastic balcony, blackout curtains, a sofa bed, and a double bed. It also includes a 40" TV, air conditioning, and ultra-fast internet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a complete stay, along with an excellent gas shower. The building offers laundry facilities, a 24h convenience store, a coworking area. Nearby, there is a SmartFit gym (110m), Hospital Albert Einstein (50m), and much more.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
