Modern apartment located in Bela Vista, Downtown São Paulo. Situated in a tourist and cultural neighborhood, it offers the ideal space for a stay in the city of São Paulo. It features a Smart TV with Netflix, sofa bed and double bed, ultra-fast internet, AC, and digital lock. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, and the bathroom boasts an excellent hair dryer and gas-powered shower. The building also provides a great pool, gym, sauna, and parking spot.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as it not only provides well-structured properties but is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is the good communication and seriousness with which we act to resolve any issues that may occur before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. The apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, our bed and bath linens are washed and sanitized in professional laundries. After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via Whats-App, who will request additional information about their arrival to release access and prepare their check in. Upon check in, tenants will receive complete access instructions including the door entry code. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.
