Located close to Barra do Una Beach and offering an incredible view of the Atlantic Forest, the property includes 2 parking spaces, air conditioning, Smart TV, a workspace,, balcony, barbecue, hammock, and laundry facilities. The condominium offers an adult and children’s swimming pool, as well as a playground.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we have outlined some important rules:

- To guarantee everyone’s safety and your access to the property, you must send a photo of an official ID for each guest before check-in.

- The property is exclusively for the registered guests. Therefore, visits, parties, or events are not allowed, ensuring a calm, family-friendly, and comfortable environment.

- Before check-in, you will need to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement, which is quick and easy.

- The property is strictly non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed inside, on windows, or on the balcony.

- We love pets! They are very welcome. A pet fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per animal, applies.

- For the owner’s security and to ensure compliance with the rules, a security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested.

Public transportation
It is possible to reach the area by intercity buses to Boiçucanga, with connections to Barra do Una. However, we recommend having a car for greater comfort and flexibility during your stay.
