The space features 2 spacious bedrooms, a hot tub, fireplace, and bidet spray, as well as Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a swing, and a desk ideal for remote work. Important Rules:
- Smoking is not allowed on the property;
- All guests must provide a photo of an official ID prior to check-in for pre-registration;
- A short-term rental agreement must be signed electronically before check-in;
- Visitors are not allowed;
- Parties or events are not permitted inside the property;
- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per pet;
- Keep the fireplace lit only under supervision and with the protective screen closed.
- Use clean water only. Bath salts, oils, soaps, or any other products are strictly prohibited in the hot tub.
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. Dispose of it exclusively in the trash can.
- The use of the swing is the sole responsibility of the guests/users.
