- All documentation must be sent by 10:45 PM at the latest on the day of check-in. If not sent by that time, tenant check-in will only take place the following day after 8:00 AM, and no refund will be issued.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official government-issued photo ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at the time of check-in;
- In accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification;
- Smoking is not permitted on the property;
- Check-out time must be strictly respected. A penalty of up to 2 daily rates will be charged in case of delay;
- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day, per pet. Pets may only circulate through the garage and service elevator;
- Reservation extensions must be requested by 8:00 PM on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again;
