It offers the perfect space for a stay in São Paulo, featuring a 32" Smart TV, digital lock, ultra-fast internet, air conditioning, double bed, blackout curtains, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer. The building has a swimming pool, gym, coworking space, and laundry facilities.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as it not only provides well-structured properties but is also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional.
