Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in Pinheiros, just 50m from Oscar Freire metro station (Yellow Line 4) and a 15-minute walk from Av. Paulista. It offers the perfect space for a stay in São Paulo, featuring a 32" Smart TV, digital lock, ultra-fast internet, air conditioning, double bed, blackout curtains, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer. The building has a swimming pool, gym, coworking space, and laundry facilities.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as it not only provides well-structured properties but is also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is good communication and the seriousness with which we act to resolve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. Our employees are trained and have the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. Apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, our bed and bath linens are of high quality, and they are washed and sanitized in professional laundries. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.
